After the Summer I have bought a lot of new kits. The temptations are huge and I am so weak! I don't think that I ever need to buy another kit, but I know I will. If I want to I can scrap a new page with a new kit for years to come.
Although I love to scrap, somehow it seems like I scrap best under pressure. No pressure, no scrapping. If I don't have a deadline/kit to work with, I tend to hang around in the forums and galleries looking for inspiration or go looking for new kits to buy...
Well, finally I have created a page with one of my recent investments. I am pretty pleased with the result, but it took me two days to finish it before I was satisfied.

We still have warm and beautiful Autumn weather around here, but I haven't had a chance to enjoy it. Both the girls have been sick this week so I have stayed inside close to them. It gave me a chance to do some scrapping thou. Lately I have joined a couple of new teams, so I have plenty to do. I have figured out that I scrap best under pressure. No pressure, no scrapping. If I don't have a deadline I just hang around in the forums and galleries looking for inspiration. Not to mention all the tempting new kits that I buy all the time.

Autumn is here with warm and sunny days. Although it's quite warm, you can feel the cold draught in the air. The Summer is definitively over. I better hurry up and create more templates as I am still behind schedule. My final template for July is done thou.

Project 365 template Week 27

The calendar still shows August, but it feels like the summer is over. The evenings are getting darker and the air feels colder. I would love to go hibernating for a couple of months like the bears do. Just me and my computer in a cave. All the scrapping I could do then. I am still working on the templates for July. Freshen up by Edeline Designs

Although I love creating adventure LO's, I've decided that it's time to change my scrapping style. It's time to get back to basic. I want to create every day layouts, capture real life.

With that in mind I applied for a couple of CT calls. Edeline Designs offered me a spot on her team. I am so excited about it. Her beautiful kits suits my new style perfect.

I have played with her new kit "Freshen up" available at Zig Zag Scrap. The paper is beautiful and I love the sparkling heart.

Project 365 template Week 25

I meant to post a new template for you yesterday, but because of a migraine I had to go to bed after work. Today I feel better, although the migraine is still bothering me. The templates for June are done. I have started to work on the July templates. The idea is to make a set for each month. Like all my Project 365 templates, the tempates are created for 7 photo's, one photo per day. Project 365 is going forward.

A new week, my third week at work after the vacation. Soon it's time to start thinking about the next vacation. It's important to have something to look forward to. The planning is half the joy. It's almost like a travel itself!

Project 365 template Week 22

Hurray, my computer is working again, for now anyway. I bougth a new harddisk and my husband replaced it with the damaged one. We'll see if it continue working. If so, I have to talk with the seller again. It's a case of warranty as the computer is less than one year old.

After two months of absence I am back in business again. It feel so good!! Being without my computer for such a long time was really hard. I felt really creative but couldn't create anything.

How is Project 365 going?
Because of this computer mess I am so behind with my templates. I am working on the templates for the month of June and will post them as soon as they are ready. Here is the template for week 22. Please feel free to download if you like it.

Computer clutter

Alright, so I got my computer back, but does it work? They replaced the damaged harddisk but the computer wouldn't start when I got it back. Finally after a couple of days with patient work the computer did start and even worked for a couple of days, before it was game over. Suddenly, and without no reason it shut down. When I try to restart the damn thing it wont. All I get is the message "startup repair tool recommended", when I accept it shut down again. No matter how many times I try it just wont work. The next day it might start working again, but shut down after short time! No way it will start again! I am so frustrated!!! My patience is gone, actually I have no patience when it comes to computers! My blood pressure is extremly high. I am sure that grey hairs are popping out of my head! All because of this damn computer!!!
It seems like they just replaced the harddisk and didn't bother to check if the computer worked before they returned it. I am beyond pissed!!! I am about to throw the damn machine out the window!!!

Vacation

Within a couple of hours I'm off on vacation, 2 weeks in Greece! I can hardly wait.
My husband did a recovery of my harddisk and I managed to do a backup before the harddisk crashed again. This time for good. The harddisk is returned to the seller, so hopefully I'll get a new one when I get back from Greece. I plan to continue my Project 365 templates when my computer is up and running again. Have a wonderful Summer!

Harddisk crash, again...

Oh no, it happened again, my harddisk crashed last weekend! I didn't expect this to happened again, my laptop is less than one year old...
You should think that I learned from my previous crash, but I'm afraid I didn't. I don't take back-up regulary... I bought a lot of stuff during NSD and it is all gone now...
My photo's from my weekend trip to Dubrovnik 2 weeks ago, gone...
My recent LO's and everything I have created lately is all gone...
I feel so silly, but I never expected this to happened to me twice in less than a year!!!

Project 365 template Week 21

Recently I have done some eye surgery, and it is unpleasant for me to work with my computer at the moment. Hopefully it will heal in short time.
Although I haven't been working on my computer for a while, I have a new template to share with you. I would love to see your pages using my templates!
