Spring Awakening by Studio Blagovesta

I just arrived from a trip to Dublin, Ireland. It sure was a nice trip, I wish we could have stayed longer. We were blessed with good weather. So much to see and most of it were in walking distance. I wish we had time to visit the Phoenix Park. The park was beautiful from what I could see. Dublin Castle was impressive and so was St. Patrick's Cathedral. Lots of other intresting and beautiful buildings. We did visit the Temple Bar. Of course I brought several new pair of shoes back home. I am crazy about shoes. I love my new shoes!

No scrapping for almost a week. I thought it would be hard, but it worked out fine. Now I am back home and I have so much to catch up. I guess I have mentioned how much I love templates. I can hardly scrap without. When Tinci Designs posted her CT call, I didn't hesitate to send my application. Her templats are gorgeous. Guess what? I made it! I am really excited about this! It is going to be so fun!

Tinci Designs released "Colorful Spring Steps 4" this weekend. I made a page using Studio Blagovesta's new spring kit "Spring Awakening". This kit might be my favourite kits of her. It's really beautiful.

Melissa, aka Cluster Queen Creations, is going to Digiscrapapalooza in Las Vegas this week. I would love to go, but it is too far away and too expensive to get there. I need a jetplane! Anyone?

It would be awesome if something similar took place somewhere closer to my home. It would be great to meet other digiscrappers. I better start saving money for the plane ticket. Some day I might actually have enough to go there.

I love beautiful paper. I have lots and lots of unused paper and paperpacks among my cardmaking stuff. Before I discovered digiscrapping I had a short period of cardmaking. I enjoyed making cards, but most of all I loved to buy cardmaking stuff. Particular paper, flower paper, glitter paper, pastel paper, funny paper, princess paper, you name it. Still I buy paper if I stumble into something I can't resist. I love paper, I just don't like to cut the paper in pieces. That is why I love digiscrapping so much. I can cut the paper in pieces again and again, and still I get to keep the beautiful paper uncut. Studio Blagovesta makes the most beautiful paper. I couldn't resist making a second page with her kit "Daydream". The paper is just gorgeous.

When Connie Prince released "Happy to my toes" it totally slipped my eyes. I don't know how that could happen, but it did. It is such a gorgeous kit. I love all the cute penguins. I knew I had to play with the kit during my guest spot if I got the chance, and I did. It took me two days to finish my page, but it was all worth it. I didn't use any templates, the composition is all mine! I just love the result.
